How to register your self on Income tax E-filing portal?

These are the steps you need to follow to get registered as a Individual Tax Payer on E-filing portal of income tax department :-

1. Open your browser and search for "E filing portal Income Tax Department", Open the link showing in the picture Below.

2. After opening the link, click on the register option available on the top right corner on web page same as the picture below.

3. After clicking on the register you need to enter your "PAN", click on "Validate", click on the "Yes" then click Continue, Refer the picture below.

4. Verify Aadhar OTP

5. After verifying Aadhar OTP, just enter your contact details & Address, click continue, create your password and click continue, enter the OTP received on your Mobile no. and Email Address and click continue.
